Nancy Power

Nancy Power is the owner and operator of Serene Birth Prenatal Services. She is a certified HypnoBirthing® childbirth educator in the Halifax area. She also is a Registered Massage Therapist - certified in pregnancy massage, deep tissue massage and Suikodo.

Nancy attended ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, where she received a Massage Therapy Diploma in 2006. Nancy has continuously upgraded her education by taking several courses. She has completed the DONA birth Doula workshop; Emergency First Aid / CPR Level A Re-certification; Schweitzer Deep Tissue Massage; Usui Reiki Level II and HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Education in New York state.

Nancy volunteers at the Single Parents' Center in Spryfield providing free massage to those without coverage.
